Hello there and welcome to the my blog. (Thanks Pete!) Im a retired GP with a lifelong interest in preventing as well as treating illness and now have the added perspective of living with Multiple Sclerosis. I grow food, and try to make sense of the modern world and what is in store for us and those after us.
